These studies are prepared in compliance with the National Legal, Policy and Regulatory Frameworks as well as the International Policies and Regulations such as the World Bank, French Development Agency (Agence Française de Développement – AFD), African Development Bank (AfDB), European Investment Bank (EIB) and JICA Guidelines for Environmental and Social Considerations (20I0) among others.
