To evaluate and ensure the integrity of its fuel storage facilities before divestiture, TOTAL Zimbabwe undertook Tank and Product Line Testing as part of its commitment to health, safety, environmental protection, and technical and operational standards.

Accordingly, TOTAL engaged Panafcon to conduct an Environmental Risk Assessment, including leakage testing, to verify the integrity of underground storage tanks (USTs) and product lines at selected service stations nationwide. Panafcon utilized the EZY 3 Locator Plus an US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Third Party approved, non-volumetric tank and product line integrity testing device for these assessments. Similar evaluations and tests were also performed for additional clients such as CMED, SAKUNDA ENERGY, and DELTA COORP
